BAB I : PENDAHULUAN
3.2.6 SUPERITENDENT
1. Tujuan / Sasaran jabatan
Penanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan operasi fisik pelaksanaan proyek
(Quality, Cost, Delivery dan Safety).
2. Aktivitas
A. Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan mutu yang direncanakan.
B. Melakukan pengecekan terhadap pengukuran-pengukuran prestasi mandor, Sub
Kontraktor, Tenaga kerja harian,dll.
C. Membuat SPK ke Mandor.
D. Membuat SPP, BPB, Bon Penerimaan dan mandor.
E. Menyelsaikan masalah-masalah teknisi dengan direksi Lapangan.
F. Melaksanakan kompilasi dan klasifikasi terhadap realisasi pelaksanaan
pekerjaan dan transaksi-transaksi tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan encana
semula baik volume maupun biayanya.
G. Membina dan melatih keterampilanparatukang dan mandor dan menilai
kemampuannya sesuai standaratau tidak.
H. Menyiapkan data penyimpangan, mengusulkan cara penanggulangan serta
mencatat tindakan-tindakan yang diambil untuk mengatasi penyimpangan
tersebut, kalau penanggulangan tersebut menyangkutan perencanaan teknis.
3.2.13 MEKANIK
1. Tujuan/ Sasaran jabatan
Bertanggung jawab mengawasi dan melakukan perawatan terhadap alat kerja
yang menggunkan tenaga mesin atau listrik dalam proyek.
2. Aktivitas
A. Mengawasi pemakaian alat, perawatan alat dan perbaikan alat.
B. Mengatur pemakaian bahan bakar alat yang menggunakan tenaga mesin
BAB IV : SUMBER DAYA
Pentingnya tata letak lapangan sangat berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek
sehingga tata letak lapangan sebagai berikut :
5.7 GUDANG
Gudang digunakan untuk menyimpan bahan-bahan ataupun alat-alat yang tidak
tahan terhadap perubahan cuaca dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi seperti
semen. Terdiri dari gudang material dan alat.
5.8 TEMPAT PENYIMPANAN/PENIMBUNAN MATERIAL
Tempat penyimpanan/penimbunan terdiri dari pasir, kerikil dan lain-lain.
Diletakkan ditempat yang sekiranya tidak akan mengganggu lalu lintas didalam proyek
seandainya dilaksanakan pekerjaan pembongkaran material. Untuk penyimpanan
material besi dan kayu, langsung diletakkan di dekat los kerja besi dan kayu.
5.11 MUSHOLLA
Bangunan yang terletak disamping direksi keet dan di bedeng pekerja, sebagai
sarana ibadah.
5.12 LAMPU PROYEK
Terdapat dua macam lampu proyek, lampu kerja dan lampu pengamanan. Lampu
kerja ditempatkan pada lokasi pekerjaan, berfungsi sebagai penerangan untuk pekerjaan
yang dilaksanakan malam hari. Lampu pengaman terdapat disetiap sudut proyek dan
tempat-tempat lainnya yang dianggap perlu. Diletakkan disudut proyek agar lampu
tersebut dapat menyorot semua lingkungan proyek. Berfungsi untuk pengamanan
proyek.
5.13 KANTIN
Sebagai sarana pemenuh kebutuhan sehai-hari bagi pekerja maka kantin diletakkan
bersebelahan dengan bedeng pekerja & umtuk para staf di letakan bersebelahan dengan
direksi keet.

BAB VIII : PENUTUP
8.1 KESIMPULAN
Dari penjelasan pada bab sebelumnya dapat disimpulkan :
1. Dalam proposal teknis ini berisi pendahuluan (latar belakang, gambaran umum
proyek), Lingkup pekerjaan dan metode pelaksanaan konstruksi, Sumber Daya
(material, alat, tenaga kerja), Tata letak proyek (site layout), Organisasi proyek,
dan rencana Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) / Safety Plan.
2. Ditinjau dari metode pelaksanaan, material serta tenaga kerja diharapkan proyek
ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai mutu yang sesuai dengan rencana.
3. Mengingat struktur atas dan bawah proyek ini pengerjaannya berbeda, maka
pekerjaan pengukuran harus dilaksanakan dengan akurat.
4. Ditinjau dari waktu pelaksanaanya diharapkan proyek ini dapat selesai tepat pada
waktunya.
8.2 SARAN
Dalam melaksanakan pembangunan suatu proyek, banyak kita temukan
permasalahan- permasalahan yang terjadi. Dengan adanya suatu saran atau komendasi
diharapkan permasalahan yang terjadi dapat diperkecil sehingga kesalahan-kesalahan
akibat kurangnya pengawasan dari suatu pekerjaan dapat di eliminir. Ada beberapa
saran yang berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan suatu proyek, diantaranya yaitu :
1. Jika ada permasalahan dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan maka haruslah di
musyawarahkan dan harus di cari solusinya dalam rapat koordinasi. Sehingga
semua pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam proyek dapat mengetahui permasalahan
tersebut dan dapat di selesaikan secara baik dan benar.
2. Dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan kita harus mengutamakan Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan Kerja (K3) agar tercipta sebuah lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
Dengan adanya sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dalam suatu proyek
diharapkan dapat memperkecil tingkat kecelakaan bahkan zero acident.
3. Setiap pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan harus diawasi secara ketat. Dengan adanya
pengawasan yang ketat tersebut diharapkan kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi
dapat diperkecil sehingga tidak terjadi penambahan pekerjaan akibat kesalahan
pada pekerjaan tersebut.
4. Keberhasilan dan kelancaran pembangunan suatu proyek tergantung dari adanya
koordinasi yang baik antara elemen-elemen struktur organisasi proyek. Tiap
elemen organisasi tersebut haruslah mengetahui dan melaksanakan apa yang
menjadi tugas dan wewenang serta tanggung jawabnya. Setiap ada perubahan
akibat perrencanaan maka pihak-pihak yang terlibat harus segera di beritahukan
agar tidak terjadi miskomunikasi.
5. Sebelum melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan kita harus merencanakan segala
sesuatunya secara matang seprti metode pelaksanaan, material yang digunakan,
tenaga kerja yang diperlukan dan waktu yang di butuhkan dalam menyelesaikan
pekerjaan tersebut. Dengan adanya perencanaan yang matang tersebut diharapkan
suatu pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
