• Diversity is associated with sales revenue , greater market share more
customers , more profit .
DIVERSITY IN WORKPLACE TODAY

• Gender discrimination is a huge problem today with many organisations like


many male managers are slow to promote female employees to managerial
positions .
• Cultural problem . ethnic and cultural differences are still present in the workplace
• Disbled employees have a difficult time navigating through their workplace because proper
accommodations as simple as wheelchair ramps are not available.
CONCLUSION
DIVERSITY HAS PROFOUND EFFECT IN WORKPLACE IT IS NECESSARY TO BE PRESENT IN ALL THE
ORGANISATIONS .
