ROTARY RACK OVEN

If you are a beginner or own a small bakery, your


search for a rotary rack oven ends here. CS Aero-
therm presents a rotary rack oven with unique
airflow design. It comes with rock wool blanket insu-
lation, which provides excellent thermal efficiency.
It’s perfect to bake bread, buns, biscuits, and sponge

FIXED BOWL SPIRAL MIXER


We manufacture a comprehensive range of Spiral Mixer for food
processing. The dough mixer is efficient, fast, and requires little mainte-
nance. Our range of Spiral Mixers offers good sealing and homogeneous

PLANETARY MIXER

MANUAL SHEETER
Manual Dough Sheeter that we manufacture is highly
competent and is mainly used for kneading and
pressing soft or hard textured dough. This dough can
be used for making dumpling wrappers, puffs, kharis
and a wide range of products that require kneading
and sheeting.

This manual sheeter is extensively used in hotels,


pasta processing units and bakeries. It can handle 10
kgs of dough at a time and has hard chrome polished
cylinders that prevent sticking. Flour reservoir is
provided above rollers.

Roller gap is adjustable to give desired thickness


varying from 1mm to 40mm. Stainless steel protective
guard on the sides of rollers makes it safe. It’s easy to
maintain and lasts long. We offer packaging in
wooden cases suitable for exporting.

The Automatic Cream Rolling Machine can work with different kinds of pastries. It empowers bakers to use
their own recipe. Roll is made through the spiral rolling-up process, which ensures it is always puffed up even

of the roll manually.
This Automatic Cream Rolling Machine is configured according to the size of the cream roll to be made. The

CREAM INJECTOR
MACHINE
Cream Rolls, Croissants, Donuts, Puffs are an inte-
gral part of any bakery. However, injecting cream
or filling in them is cumbersome. That's why CS
Aerotherm has come up with a solution to your
problem. We bring to you our Cream Injector
Machine. This Dosing/Filling machine is extremely
easy to operate. It is equipped with an injecting
gun that comes with 3 different types of nozzles.
You can fit it on a work bench and save space. It
can fill from 5 to 40 grams of filling at one go. Upto
2500 pcs can be achieved in an hour in continuous

LIFTER AND BATCH HOPPER


The Bowl Lifter has a simple function of lifting and
discharging bowls. You can customize the bowl
lifter's height to lift and discharge bowls as per the
customer's requirement.
In addition to the height adjustment, the bowl can
also be tilted towards the left or right as per the
client's requirement. The Hopper is made of stain-
less steel.
It is designed like an inverted pyramid with round-
ed edges to facilitate smooth dough flow into the
Hopper.

designed for dividing dough in a specific
manner. This Stainless Steel Dough Divider is all

CONICAL ROUNDER
The conical rounder is designed for intermedi-
ate and final moulding of dough. The
machine's excellent execution ensures the
moulded dough balls obtain an ideal round
shape and a perfect smooth surface. Teflon
coated Cone and Spirals ensure that dough
balls don’t stick to the surface. Mechanical
flour duster is also provided for a smooth finish.
Stainless steel plating makes it robust and
hygienic. From here, dough is optimal to be
proved.

LONG MOULDER
The Auto Panning System for Moulders consists
of a mould stopper with flaps which stops the
moulds to ensure that the dough falls exactly in
the middle of the mould. A pneumatic air con-
nection is required for this. The system also con-
sists of a conveyor that the mould stopper is
attached to. It has sensors to ensure the detec-
tion of the moulds and dough to match the
same.
It is an attachment to the both the Moulders
LM-2400 and LM-1500. This reduces the man-
power
and increases cleanliness since human touch
isn't needed.
With Auto Panning, the capacity of the Moulder
reduces. Capacity of
both the Moulders reduces from 2800 pieces
per hour to
2400 pieces per hour.
The height of the Moulder also increases to
accommodate
the Mould Conveyor below the Moulder.

BUN DIVIDER AND ROUNDER


The Fully Automatic Bun Divider and Rounder
are hydraulic operated machines. Entire pro-
cess of dividing and rounding
the dough for buns is automated. You just need
to set the grams required for buns and the rest
is history. These
machines are powered with four cylinders. Two
cylinders are used for pressing the dough, one
cylinder for cutting the
dough and the last one for rounding the dough.
The Control panel allows you to adjust the
pressing, rounding and shaping of dough. You
can also configure chamber
opening time with the help of the Control Panel.
This machine is also loaded with an automatic
Knife Cleaning Button,
which ensures high hygiene standards are
maintained. You can store upto 10 different pro-
grams to suit your needs. It
also gives you a provision to change the lan-
guage for easy understanding and operating
the machines. It comes with
No.3 plates.
The Semi Automatic variant allows manual
pressing of dough. Cutting and rounding of
dough are carried out with levers,
while the dough shaping chamber is adjusted
using a joystick with numerical scale. These are
also supplied with No. 3
plates.
