MANUAL SHEETER
Manual Dough Sheeter that we manufacture is highly
competent and is mainly used for kneading and
pressing soft or hard textured dough. This dough can
be used for making dumpling wrappers, puffs, kharis
and a wide range of products that require kneading
and sheeting.

The Automatic Cream Rolling Machine can work with different kinds of pastries. It empowers bakers to use
their own recipe. Roll is made through the spiral rolling-up process, which ensures it is always puffed up even
after baking. Cream Rolls made in this machine are deliciously appealing. You don’t have to close the ends
of the roll manually.
This Automatic Cream Rolling Machine is configured according to the size of the cream roll to be made. The
pipes, necessary for the cream roll production, range from 10 to 20 mm in diameter, and from 90 to 155 mm
in length.
Models ACRM-8 has a pipe length of 8 inches and ACRM-11 has a pipe length of 11 inches.

CREAM INJECTOR
MACHINE
Cream Rolls, Croissants, Donuts, Puffs are an inte-
gral part of any bakery. However, injecting cream
or filling in them is cumbersome. That's why CS
Aerotherm has come up with a solution to your
problem. We bring to you our Cream Injector
Machine. This Dosing/Filling machine is extremely
easy to operate. It is equipped with an injecting
gun that comes with 3 different types of nozzles.
You can fit it on a work bench and save space. It
can fill from 5 to 40 grams of filling at one go. Upto
2500 pcs can be achieved in an hour in continuous
mode. Stainless Steel hopper comes with a
capacity of 15L which provides it a sturdy yet aes-
thetic look. Pedal control makes it extremely
hygienic and convenient to fill. No more sticky and
untidy work counters.

CONICAL ROUNDER
The conical rounder is designed for intermedi-
ate and final moulding of dough. The
machine's excellent execution ensures the
moulded dough balls obtain an ideal round
shape and a perfect smooth surface. Teflon
coated Cone and Spirals ensure that dough
balls don’t stick to the surface. Mechanical
flour duster is also provided for a smooth finish.
Stainless steel plating makes it robust and

LONG MOULDER
The Auto Panning System for Moulders consists
of a mould stopper with flaps which stops the
moulds to ensure that the dough falls exactly in
the middle of the mould. A pneumatic air con-
nection is required for this. The system also con-
sists of a conveyor that the mould stopper is
attached to. It has sensors to ensure the detec-
tion of the moulds and dough to match the
same.
It is an attachment to the both the Moulders
LM-2400 and LM-1500. This reduces the man-
power
and increases cleanliness since human touch
isn't needed.
With Auto Panning, the capacity of the Moulder
reduces. Capacity of
both the Moulders reduces from 2800 pieces
per hour to
2400 pieces per hour.
The height of the Moulder also increases to
accommodate
the Mould Conveyor below the Moulder.
