First day: present them the ideas and products, verify, sort their needs make questions
=> Goal: get answer where they often look for employees (how often)
- What are the traits they most look into a candidate
- Are they satisfied with their current recruitment platform
- Formalized with recruitment process. (channels?). Whole process for recruitment they are
using? What could be missing.

2. Question set:
- What would they like to have in their own opinions
- Validate their needs in term of functions (identification of the JS), how can they validate
candidates crudential, references from ex employers?
- Standardized digital CV
- Do they actively go and search for employees? How? What channels they use
- Do you prefer doing it themselves (recruit) or having other do it for them? Create job
description themselves or someone else does
- Do you have a offer letter? Contract?
- Rules and policy for new employees? Ever faced problems on misunderstanding on
employment term? How do they comminicate on employment term? Call, emial,….
- If they don’t do sth, ask why but do not force them to answer.
- Who rates the employees. Criteria looking into employees
