CONTENT STANDARD: The learners demonstrate an understanding on preparing and presenting egg dishes.
PERFORMANCE STANDARD: The learners will be able to demonstrate independently the procedure in preparing and presenting egg dishes.
LEARNING COMPETENCIES:

At the end of the session the students should be able to:

a. define the word: plating, garnish;
b. enumerate the basic elements of plating;
AFFECTIVE:
a. appreciate the importance of plating and garnish in one’s meal and the benefits and importance of developing skills in cooking and presenting egg dishes in our daily living or
for future career;
b. observe safety and hygienic procedures and practices;
c. show cooperativeness.

a. follow the correct procedures and rules in doing the task;
