1. Opening Remarks. Welcome and Introduction.
2. Updates on the minutes from the Principal meeting.
• Shared key points discussed in the principal meeting held on 9/11/2023.
• Addressed the specific directives provided by the principal regarding the upcoming general
Secretary Election for the Institution.
• The Class Representatives for all the semesters must be elected, and the updated CR list
must be submitted by 28/11/2023. In charge Faculty: Prof. Anil Kadle.
• STEM Event: December 7 2023.

3. Maintaining Discipline in Classrooms.


• Stressed on fostering a disciplined environment in classrooms.
• Strategies for proactive discipline and attendance maintenance were discussed.

4. Strict Dress code for the students.


• Importance of maintaining a professional appearance in the campus was highlighted.
• Dress code policies include: No Jeans and Neck t-shirts.
ID cards and Shoes are mandatory.
5. Proposal to update student attendance in parents Whatsapp group.
• Discussion on implementation and guidelines for attendance reporting and maintaining late
registers.
6. Class Advisors Role.
• Class advisors role was discussed and clarifications were made in place.
• The students must follow the protocol and hierarchy of the organization.
7. Leaves must be taken in prior.

8. Arranging events and Faculty Development.


• Planning upcoming events and logistics were discussed.
• Discussion on the relevance and impact of faculty development.
• Suggestions were solicited for future faculty development activities.
9. Mentor follow-up by the concerned faculty is expected after each internals.
