Dear Mr. Campos,

I am writing to inform you of my intention to resign from my position as a Senior Customer
Service Associate for THE ICONIC. My last day of employment will be on 12 July 2022.
I received an offer from a BPO company in the IT field and as my career goals have changed
since I started working here, and I feel that the time has come for me to pursue another
opportunity that is more aligned with my new aspirations.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. Working at this company
has been a privilege, and I will always remember my experiences here and the people I worked
with.
I understand that my leaving so abruptly may cause some difficulties, so please let me know
how I can be of assistance to make this transition easier.

Thank you for the opportunities and support you've given me during my time here at
ZALORA/THE ICONIC. I am grateful for the guidance you provided me as I grew in my career
and I hope my leaving will not affect our relationship.
