Observations:

In our rules, it is stated that each religious and every community must feel
responsible for collaborating in the birth and maturity of vocation. Based on the
observations from previous and present in-charge, vocation posting to the different
churches has helped a lot in driving information not just to get vocation but also an
avenue to promote our Order. Also, referrals from other people and information through
Facebook and other Social network have helped to get vocation.

Recommendations:

Here are some recommendations; hopefully, it would be of big help to continue

promoting vocation in our Order.

1. Regular monthly search-in should be continued.

2. Continue updating our vocation wed site.
3. Promotions in the Colleges and Universities should be considered.
4. If possible to invite the aspirants in our apostolate and other major activities
5. The involvement of all the brothers during posting activity should be continued.
