Develop a utility for health insurance issuers to generate files (Machine-Readable files) containing
negotiated rates with in-network providers and allowed amounts for out-of-network providers.
Implement utility in Java. Utility's run given configuration properties fetches claims, associated
providers to generate supplier invoice for the pricing engine to adjudicate. JSON rate file is
generated using adjudicated claims. Verify unit test's scenarios using mockito framework.
Enhance the utility to distributed services to generate pricing data with higher throughput.
Involved in design discussion. Implement the services using Spring framework. Provide REST APIs
to trigger the process and to get status of it. Using RabbitMQ as a work queue, distribute
messages to processor service which generates and stores adjudicated claims in MongoDB to
avoid repricing.
