D. ANAYA, of all legal age, Filipino, single, a residence at 444 Quezon St., Brgy. San Antonio, City of
San Pedro, Laguna to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do and perform in my behalf, place
and stated the following acts:

1. To process documents/papers relative to my

Parkhomes, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City.

2. To make, sign, and execute, other writing of
