1. Organizations will be successful in reducing stereotypes because there will be less


judgement and there will be fairness on the groups where she/he belongs. Judging
others’ perception will be not healthy to an environment and organization without
stereotyping people will be having a confidence to choose a group that has no
judge of their perception.
2. Mary is six months pregnant. After ten years working at an accounting firm, she is
applying for a senior position that has just opened. Despite having more
experience and qualifications than the other applicants, she was passed over.
When she asked the manager, he said: “I need someone who will be more
dedicated to the position.”
3. For me the ability to play to one's strengths while working on one's weaknesses
can help employees play to their strengths and improve communication within
teams. Individual differences are the characteristics that set people apart from
one another. Each individual within a group has their own unique way of acting
because they affect how employees feel, think, and behave, individual differences
are crucial for managers to comprehend.
