School year: 2020/2021 Duration: 45 min

Second term test of English

Text:

To build a better society, everyone needs to be a good citizen. Think about rules and laws.
Laws are set up to keep safe and to make daily life run well. When people break laws, they affect
other people’s lives and make them difficult or dangerous. Respect the rights and the properties of
other people.

Obviously, we should be honest and trustworthy people, but nobody can be perfect all the
time. If you do something wrong, don’t be afraid to take responsibility for your actions. This way
seem scary, but it is the right thing to do and you will learn from your mistakes.

These are all standard good behaviors, but to really make a difference to society, we must ask
ourselves : what can we do to help people in need? How can we be more active in our community?
Can we be volunteers to help others by giving our time or experience? think about your neighbors
and ask yourself if there is anything you can do to help them. Charity work has great Impact in
community’s life
