Sub:- Sanction of the loan without property documents

This is to request you to consider the approval of my loan amount requested on the basis of my
credit documents provided for assessment.

I have not finalised my property yet

I understand that the offer is valid for three months and the disbursement of the loan shall be
subject to the legal and technical clearance of the identified property to the satisfaction of
HDFC Ltd and reappraisal will be required after three months.

I am aware that my fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the loan amount
sanctioned to me.
