    RE: Proposal to Lease

    Dear Mr. Ang and Mr. Wong,

    This letter is submitted as a Proposal of the general terms that Exquisite Dream Events would enter into
    an agreement to lease. Should these terms be in line with what you are seeking in a lease of the
    property we would move forward with lease agreements. These terms include the following.

    1. Location : 118 Dangay st., Project 7 Veterans Village Quezon City


    2. Property Description : Approximately 200 sqm Lot Area, 2 Storey’s House and
    Lot with 15 Rooms, (5) bathrooms, and (2) Car Ports.

    3. Tenant : EXQUISITE DREAM EVENTS


    4. Use of Lease Premises : Business Office and Catering Services
    5. Commencement Date of Lease: Month of April
    6. Length of Lease : 3 - 5yrs (Renewable)
    7. Rental Provisions : 75,000.00 / monthly, Two (2) Months Security Deposit
    & One (1) Month Advance. (PDC) Post Dated Cheque

    8. Tenant Improvements : Lessee, at Lessee sole cost and expense shall perform
    the following improvements.
     Kitchen layout plan & Construction
     Inspection and Permits
    9. Utilities : All utilities will be paid for by the Lessee
