General Objective: The main objective of this outreach event is to spread love and help Bahay
PAG-ASA residents to feel a sense of belongingness to the community by conducting a spiritual
event program to them and giving hygiene kits.

Season of Giving: A Must Have You Will Love is an outreach event that will be
conducted by combined forces of Group 1 of BSA13 and the whole class of MEE as part of their
summative assessment in NSTP001. The plan is to conduct an outreach event to all Bahay
PAG-ASA residents to show our love and sense of belongingness to the community.
For the implementation, the group will conduct first a dp blast regarding the current
status of Bahay PAG-ASA residents to spread awareness about them. All members of the group
are required to join the DP blast. The creation of DP frame as well as its caption will be handled
by the 1st group of creatives committee.
After conduction of DP blast, the group will be distributing flyers to at least 50 students
(students, staffs and faculties) of DLSU-D community. All members are required to distribute the
flyers as part of their contribution in implementation of outreach event. The creation of flyers will
be done by the 2nd group of creatives committee
And the last is the outreach event that is to be held in Bahay PAG-ASA. The program
flow of the event are shown below:
➢ Opening Prayer (to be led by Kenzel Lawas)
➢ Introduction of hosts and members
➢ Ice breaker (related to kamustahan) - BINGO game
➢ Games
➢ Self-expression through arts and craft
➢ Reflection/Sharing
➢ Distribution of hygiene kits
➢ Closing Prayer (to be led by Renee Relevo)

The assigned hosts of the said event are Dave Cabutin & Allyson Almencion.
The documentation of the event will be done by the documentation committee. Also, the
NSTP professor as well as NSTP coordinator can assure that all members of the group
who will attend the event will strictly comply with all rules and protocols of Bahay PAG-
ASA. In addition, they can assure that the implementation of the event will be conducted
peacefully. And lastly, the group will strictly abide regarding the health and safety
protocols implemented by the University to prevent further the spread of COVID-19.
