needs to enable continuous work improvement and individual growth._______
In the commitment to ensure teaching and learning continuity while looking after the health, safety, and well-being of the teachers Alibayon
Elementary School will conduct School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) in the adaptation of_Learning Continuity Plan, following the Inter-Agency Task
Force (IATF) Protocols in the light of COVID-19 Pandemic. The SLAC Focus on the implementation of Result- Based Performance Standards aligned
with the Philippine Professional_Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for school year 2020-2021 as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 2 s. 2015. _______
III. Objectives: This Policy is grounded on the following purposes:____
a. To ensure that teaching personnel focus work efforts towards achieving the department’s vision, mission, value and strategic priorities through
the Sulong Edukalidad._____
