1. Explain crime in your own words.

On my own perspective, crime is something that is not appropriate in the
eye of the people. Crime is an action that can be minor or major depending how
offensive it can get to the morality of humanity. Initially, when I get to hear the word
crime the only thing that comes to my mind is that it is an illegal action that is
punishable by law.
2. Why do people commit crimes?
People commit crimes depending on their condition in life. Some people
commit crime such as stealing because of the reason that they are poor they
cannot provide enough food to eat so they do not have the choice but to steal food
or steal money to buy food. There are also people who commit crime because they
are psychologically ill for instance people who are psychopath, they are the type of
people who kill for their own pleasure since they are the type of people who do not
feel guilt. And lastly some people commit crimes because of their love for power,
they kill, they smuggle, and deal with a lots of illegal action so they can get what
they want and that is power.
3. Why do we need to study crime?
We need to study crime because we need to know different kinds of illegal
action that describe or identified as a crime. We need to study crime for the sake of
justice that was deprive from the people who are innocent and to the community. It
is important to study and discover the causes of how criminals mind work like why
they commit crimes and things that affect them.
4. When a person commit crime who should be held responsible?
The only that I am certain is that, anyone who commit crime should have
held responsible for their action. But since crime should be studied and
investigated carefully the truth must be prevailing so that justice will serve.
