 Comparison of client forecast and trending forecast and connect with client and
suggest the required FTE for that approved forecast.
 Maintain the HC tracking reports to understand the levels of FTE.
 Always connected with the higher management like Director’s and VP’s to explaining
the how the process going on.

 Daily / Monthly Attendance, Late Login report, Agents Performance Repots.


 Billing – as per client SOP Based (like login hr.’s or FTE based model).
 Client required format for Shrinkage report Include Attrition Percentage Daily / Monthly.
 Agent Salary report for Monthly with Company Rules.
 Client required reports like support Performance, Agent Disposition report.
 Daily /weekly / Monthly TL’s, ABM’s Performance Tracking reports.
 Planning for Client requirement to Meet – As per Available Headcount. (forecasting)
 WFM requirement wise taking care of other process also.
 Multiple Campaigns comparison reports for which campaign getting loss to company.
