CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS

Dear parents
Kindly note the following points very carefully and follow them religiously.

❖ Students have to come in proper and complete uniform.

- If they are not in proper school uniform, they shall be sent back
home.
- Students have to wear proper black school shoes. In case of any
sports/ other activity, they have to bring the school uniform including
school shoes with them and change immediately after the activity.
- In case of an emergency, girls are allowed to wear navy blue track
pant/ lower with the uniform.
- The students are not allowed to wear any jewellery/ expensive
accessory in school. If they are caught with any such item, it will be
confiscated.
- Nails should be trimmed. Nail paints are not allowed.
- Boys should have a short and a neat haircut. Girl’s hair should be
neatly tied.
❖ Late coming to the school is strictly not allowed. The students will be
sent back home if they are late, even on the examination days/ activity
days.
❖ Half days/ Short day leaves are not allowed for students. In case of an
emergency, if they are taken back, they will be marked absent for the
whole day.
❖ Tiffin / Water bottles are not to be left in the guard room. School will
not be responsible to deliver them in the class of your ward. This is for
the safety and security of your ward.
❖ Mobiles are strictly not allowed for the students in school. If found, the
same will be confiscated and returned at the end of the session. In case
of an emergency, a special permission has to be taken by the
departmental head.
❖ Parents to inform the class teachers about the medical history/
condition (if any) of their ward. Kindly provide the relevant documents
as well by 14th October 2023.
