INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC:
TRAINING : Is the formal and systematic modification of behaviour through
learning.

DEVELOPMENT : Is any learning activity,which is directed towards future


needs rather than present needs,and which is concerned more with career
growth than immediate performance.

So basically, training helps employees to do their current jobs and


development helps the individual handle future responsibilities.

OVERVIEW OF ACI MOTORS LTD. :
ACI Motors was launched in 2007 in Bangladesh, to propagate a systemic
change in the agricultural sector through increased mechanization of the
agricultural process. To fulfill this vision, ACI Motors is striving to provide
“Complete Farm Mechanization Solution” to farmers by offering a wide
range of agriculture machineries -Tractor, Power tiller, Reaper, Mini
Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter etc.ACI Motors entered the
Construction Equipment Industry of Bangladesh in 2014 introducing CASE
Construction Equipment. ACI Motors also became the distributor of world
famous YAMAHA Motorcycles in Bangladesh in 2016.

MOTORS LIMITED:
ACI Motors in Bangladesh utilizes a blend of online and offline training
methods to equip its employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to
excel in their roles. Online training sessions are conducted via Zoom(Off the
job-training) by HR personnel, providing a convenient and accessible platform
for learning.Offline training sessions(OJT) are held in the company's
ballroom, led by specialists in the respective topics.
So,ACI Motors' training strategy effectively combines online and offline
methods to deliver a well-rounded and engaging learning experience for its
employees.
