SEML is publishing the marking script according to which every tutor checks/grades all pupil’s papers. All marking scripts are perfect
and reviewed by subject experts.

Note that before every marking session, a meeting is held. Minutes of the meeting(s) are not reflected in this marking script.

Hence no claims regarding wrong checking will be entertained by SEML. SEML publishes Marking Scripts in PDF form to every
managed institute.

● All answers should be written on the space provided.

● Working of all answers to be on the space provided OR on ‘Working Page’.
● Write teacher comments only on DIR.
● Read the Marking Advice of SEML before starting the checking.
● In case of cheating material discovered , fill the ‘Form 5’ of ‘After Exam’ category of SEML. Do not check the paper until further
directions.
● You are not allowed to take Photos/videos of this marking script.
● You are required to ask ‘second Examiner’ if handwriting is totally unreadable.
● Ignore lack of working where ‘full working‘ is not mentioned.
● Improper fractions, unsimplified fractions are not the correct answer.
● Ignore unrounded answers.
● Reward 1 mark for correct OR incorrect working and for writing the correct OR incorrect answer in the space given.
● Do not tick or cross on the paper.
● Ignore bad handwriting
● Reduce 1 mark for each answer’s working done below prohibited section.
● This marking script contains directions for giving marks , separately for each part.
