- CT takes little time and can be done in // with

the rest. You can do it at the beginning to warm
up
- GT takes longer (due to combustion), however,
you should try to achieve it in 2 weeks in order
to have enough time for the next point
- You underestimate the amount of work for the
ST, you shall account for 40 to 80h.
- I like to week 'PROBLEMS', ah ah ah, you are
right. However we call it buffer or something
more elegant ;-).
- I don't see an amount of time, I can't give
feedback

- Did you finish GT in time?

- Cooling tower can be done in // with the rest
(and it takes little time).
- ST will take more time.
- The intermidiary steps are not accurate. With
the course, you will have a better view of which
are the intermediary steps
- 3-4h of meting is enough. However, you will
need to work separetely each week.

- Good idea to work on the report continiously!

- Nice 1st slide, but a little out of scope ;-).

-Nice layout
- Did you finish the GT in 6h? I suppose that you
won't, it takes more 20-30 hours (including the
combustion).
- You will have the same problem at the other
setps : ST takes around 40-80 hours
- CCGT around 20h, but it can be done in 2
weeks after the ST.
- The combustion must be done for the GT => it
must be dne at the beginning
- CT takes little time and can be done in // with
the rest. You can do it at the beginning to warm
up
- GT takes longer (due to combustion), however,
you should try to achieve it in 2 weeks in order
to have enough time for the next point
- You underestimate the amount of work for the
ST, you shall account for 40 to 80h.

- It is easier to correct based on a timeline ;-).

- Are you in line with your schedule?
- GT might take a little bit longer. As a
counterpart, the report shall take less than
aweek (we are talking of 2-3 pages).
- The ST wil take much more time (40-80 hours).
It will take 4-6 weeks.
- CCGT might take longer

- You might need more time to do the ST.

- 90h sounds ok, but I don't know how you
distribute them between each cycles

- The amount of time is underestimate (you can

easily double or even triple it).
- Good that you already have done the
exercices! Good that you continue on the GT!
Do not forget to include the combustion
- ST is the largest cycle and it takes long. You will
spend more 4 weeks rather than 2.
- You can do the cooling tower in // with the
other functions. You can start it whenever you
want.

- CT takes little time and can be done in // with
the rest. You can do it at the beginning to warm
up
- Try to code before S6. Humid air is used in CT
and a little in combustion, it takes little time.
- I advise to do GT before ST
- ST is the biggest part, it can easily takes 40h
- Cooling tower can be done whenever. You can
start with this function to warm up.

semaines.
- Il n'y a pas bcp d'infos, je ne peux pas donner
beaucoupl plus de commentaires.

- Steams and steams turbine can be regrouped.

- You will need to do the heat exchanger for the
ST.
- CT can be done in // with the rest.
- I don't see how the time is split between the
different cycles. However, it looks
underestimated for all the cycles

- The amount of work is underestimated. You

will spend around 30h in the GT? 40-80h on the
ST and 20-30h on the CCGT.
- The cooling tower can be done in // to the
other functions.
- If you take almost as much time for the oral
examination than the GT, I expect an amazing
oral!
-GT which includes the combustion will take
more time
- the ST is the longest function and you will need
at least 40 hours (around 60h usually).
- The milestones you put are unrelevant. You
plan to work 15h in S5 (or S4?) and 15h between
S9 and S11. Ok to work 15h a week, that sounds
correct, but at the end of the semester, you
might rush and work 15h/week on this project.
- They are no subpoints, hence I can't comment
them
- Humid air is needed in combustion and cooling
tower. However, it represents a small amount of
work (max 10-15h)

-GT which includes the combustion will take

more time
- the ST is the longest function and you will need
at least 40 hours (around 60h usually).
- They are no exercices for the CCGT or Cooling
tower
- Cooling tower can be done in // with the rest
of your work.

- Steam turbine might take more time. Cooling

tower can take less time and It can be done in //
with other tasks
- For the timing, 3 weeks for the ST sounds too
short.
-For the GT, you might need more time to do
the combustion function.

- The project is underestimated. I advise to start

it sooner. You should start to code in S4-S5 if
you want to have enough time and to avoid to
rush at the end.
- The ST cannot be done in 1 week, even for
me ;-). I takes between 40 to 80h.
- As you have courses about the GT before the
ST, I will advise you to start with the GT.
- They are no exercices on CCGTs.
- you might spend more time on the
modelisation.
- the CT can be done in // with the other
function (it is independend to the rest of the
work).
- The major milestones are mixed with
secondary milestones.
- I don't see the exact date of the major
milestones, hence I canno't comment on this
point

- I will advise to start the GT at the beginning,

but why not, as you propose, in // with the ST.
- The cooling tower can be done in // with the
other functions.
- There is no specification about the amount of
time, I cannot comment this part. Try to stick
with your milestones

- I see maturity in the slide! Good!

- I don't see the amount of hours you expect,
the GT (accounting for the combustion) takes
30h, the ST around 60 and the CCGT 20.
- The cooling tower can be done is independent
of the other functions and can be done in //.
- The ST takes easily 4 weeks.
- Feel free to contact me often, this project is
demanding and I don't want you to waste time
on unecessary things.
- I will organise a special session for foreigner
students.

- A timeline is easier to correct.

- No interface required
- I don't see how you will work on the cycles,
which will be the first? Which the second? In
general the 'tasks' description are non accurate
and too broad.
- You underestimate the amount of work and
consequently the amount of time you will spend
on this project
- Ok for the milestones.
- They are no information about the time it will
take, I cannot comment. Try to stick to your
milestones.
- The cooling tower can be done in // with the
rest of your work.
- There are few information, I cannot give a lot
of feedback

- There is no time estimation => I can't comment

- ST is the hardest part and takes easily 4 weeks
and 40-80h.
- CT can be done in // to the rest.
- The intermediary steps are not relevant for the
ST (but you don't know the architecture yet, so
it is normal ;-). The compression and expansions
are easy. The drum, feedheaters and exchangers
are the though parts. In addition, the code must
be parametric, which is another difficulty

- So, in 22h the project is finished, this is

equivalent to 3 days of work. Unfortunately, it
won't be the case (even for me). You can
confirm what I said: did you finish the GT in
6h ;-)?
=> the amount of work is totally
underestimated.
- The ST will take longer and at least 40h.
The CT is independent to the other sections and
can be done in // with the rest of the functions.
- THe CCGT can take shorter if it is done after
the ST. This last is the biggest part

- There is no time estimation => I can't comment

- ST is the hardest part and takes easily 4 weeks
and 40-80h.
- CT can be done in // to the rest.

-CT can be done in // with the rest.

- ST might take longer than 3 weeks, depend
how much you work on it. However, do not start
it after S7
- I don't see the estimated amount of hours, I
cannot give a feedback about it.
autres fonctions. Ce sera une bonne manière de
reprendre la main sur matlab.

- Try to verify that at the end of each week you

achieved your target
- GT might takes longer (with the combustion
function).
-The ST will take longer, you can expect
between 40 and 80h of work. Hence, you need
also 2-3 more weeks. However, with a good ST,
CCGT goes faster and you can achieve it in 20h
- Cooling tower can be done in // with the other
functions.
- It is easier to read this information on a
timeline
- Indeed, try to the report in // with the project.

-Are you in line with your roadmap? Was 5h

enough for the GT?
- The ST is maybe 5 times more work than the
GT.
- The cooling tower is a little part that can be
done in // with other functions
- In general, you underestimate the amount of
work for each package (except cooling tower).

- The ST will take longer (40-80h)

- The rest seems ok :). Do not forget to do the
Cooling tower
