CHAPTER 4: DESIGN ANALYSIS

4.1. INTRODUCTION.
This section is similar to the field results seen in Chapter 3, allowing us to create an amazing
system. We developed the best solution that suited the interests of the stakeholders as we
gathered our data through observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The manual approach
now in use in the HR industry, where data is stored in files, is quite fascinating. In the
twenty-first century, as the world changes, we must accept technology. We are grateful that
technology has made it possible for us to pay employees and view their paystubs from the
convenience of our own homes Currently, the system is being designed so that documents
won't need to be transferred across departments. The system's outside and interior will be
visible during the design phase.

4.2. DESCRIBING THE PROPOSED SYSTEM.

By all means, this structure is required because it is more time-efficient and conducive. The
proposed technology will be able to allow numerous employees to reach out to the website
concurrently. While the system administrator may access all endpoints, system users must
create accounts in order to access the system and check their payslips and leave days. They
must fill out a form with their personal information, including name, surname, age, home
address, sex, username, email address, phone number, and other details, in order to sign up.
To keep the account secure, security measures like a password and username will be
included. Only employees will have restricted access to the system; administrators will have
complete access. All that will be visible to employees are their leave days and payslip.
Employees may access their pay stubs, tax forms, and other relevant papers using an intuitive
interface that the system would provide them. Additionally, workers may choose to receive
notifications when their paychecks are deposited and may view their payroll data at any time
and from any location. The system would use the employee's information and time tracking
data to determine their pay after they were gathered. The system would account for things
like overtime pay rates, hourly pay, and any deductions for things like taxes and health
insurance premiums. The employee's email address would then receive a digital pay stub
generated by the system.
