How will you apply multicultural setting in your day-to-day life?


- First of all im going to apply ethical communication in dealing with multicultural people,
of course I am dealing a whole new culture with full of traditional people, I am going to
get to know the people and the irculture as well as practice cultural sensitivity so I will
avoid the possibility of hurting or damaging their culture and offending the people.
Covered and Uncovered speech
Covered speech- refers to forms of expressions that are protected. This includes various
types of speech, such as political speech, artistic expression, symbolic speech and other
forms of communication. Basically you can say or express most tings freely without
getting into trouble with the law. It includes talking about your opinions, creating art, or
expressing ideas without fear of punishment.
Uncovered speech- This refers to things you can’t say without facing legal consequences,
like using hateful language, spreading lies about someone or encouraging violence.
These kinds f speech are limited b law and can lead to trouble if you say them.
Constitution
- Is a set of fundamental principles that legally present the ideals of a country.
- Ideals of the country- social justice, protection of human rights, protection of property
rights.
- Social justice- aims to provide equal opportunities and benefits to all members of
society.
- Protection of human rights-
- Protection of property rights- protects individuals property rights, ensuring that property
can be owned, bought, and sold within the framework of the law.
Plagiarism- the act of using someone else’s words or ideas without proper acknowledgement or
permission and presenting it as your own.
Copyright- is a legal concept that provides creators, authors, and artists with exclusive rights to
their original work, preventing others from using, copying, distributing, or adapting their work
without permission.
Patent- a legal document granted by the government that gives inventors exclusive rights to
their inventions, preventing others from making, using, selling, and importing the invention for
a limited period.
Trademark- a distinctive sign, symbol, logo, design, word, phrase, or a combination of these
elements that uniquely identifies and distinguishes a company’s products or services from those
of other businesses.

Meaning: individuals who cause harm unlawfully are responsible for compensating those harm.
Article 21. Any person who willfully causes loss or injury to another in manner that is contrary to
morals, good customs or public policy shall compensate the latter for the damage.
Meaning- individuals who intentionally harm others in ways considered morally or socially
unacceptable are legally responsible for compensating the affected party for their losses.
