Dear Mr Majd Abbas,

I received the reply from our service and they would not recommend to chose for a remote solution for this detector,
cause this is an old equipments which are actually already out of service.
They also recommend the exchange of this detector by a new detector type Vistus (last generation). .

I send your request for Remote help for repair of this equipment to our head of service.
He will check if a remote service would make sense and we will inform you after internal discussion , if it would be
possible to help via a remote session via camera with one of our specialists for this equipment.
Pls note that this MDP PLus C equipment is already an old type of metaldetector and already out of service. So it would
be also an advisable option to quote a new detector type Vistus (last generation) to the customer.

I really appreciate your kind help in this case.

I will consult the customer about this, but it is not possible to send the detector to Germany and re import it as the regulation here is
extremely difficult and it will cost too much this why could you kindly advise if it is possible discuss the following solution for this case as I
have spent too much time for this detector:

After the customer agree about the cost of the new replacement board and pay for it and for the service, Sartorius will send the
replacement emitter and transmitter boards with installation instructions and with the needed software, I will install the software on
laptop and go onsite with AnyDesk and internet connection so one of your trained service engineer can adjust it and solve the problem
remotely.
