SUBJECT: ADDENDUM TO DIVISION MEMORANDA NOS. 405 AND 406 S. 2023 ON

2023 CELEBRATION OF NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH AND GUIDELINES
AND MECHANICS ON THE DIVISION AND SCHOOL-BASED CELEBRATION
OF THE NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH

DATE: November 21, 2023

1. Relative to the Division Memoranda Nos. 405 and 406 s. 2023 dated November 14, 2023
on 2023 National Children’s Month Celebration and Guidelines and Mechanics
on the Division and School-Based Celebration of the National Children’s Month,
public and private schools shall conduct a simple ribbon-cutting ceremony of their
respective Project SAGIP Help Desk/Corner during their school-based celebration.

2. The ribbon-cutting ceremonies shall be attended by all Supreme Elementary Learner

Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers with
the their adviser/s, school head/s, SPTA officers, barangay officials and the PNP Project
SAGIP focal person who are assigned in each district.

3. Please be guided with the revised program format below.

Part I. 6:30 AM- 7:00 AM Unity Walk
Part II. 7:00 AM- 7:30 AM Ribbon-Cutting of Project SAGIP Help Desk/Corner
Part III. 8:00 AM- 8:30 AM Program Preliminaries
