attention to the subject and references cited and it is to inform that, the Director of
and geology, Ibrahimpatnam, Andhra Pradesh while Mines

against the Minor Minerals consumed in their civil works andFeealsodeductions by National Highway Works
document the process being followed for the collection and accountingto ofmake a comprehensive survey &
Seigniorage Fee.
As per observation of this Department you have

But you have obtained permits for those
quantities from this Department is very meager.
In this connection, Iam hereby directed to furnish the details of
estimated quantities of minerals
(Soil/Morrum/Gravel/Earth, Sand, Road Metal Aggregates) and Seigniorage Fee/Consideration
Amount/DMF/MERIT/IT paid in your work (as shown in the following format) alongwith Detailed Project
Report (DPR):

If any descripencies found in consumption of minor mineral in your work you have to pay the
Normal Seigniorage Fee/Consideration Amount/DMF/MERIT/IT alongwith 10 times penalty as per APMMC
Rules, 1966 for the deviated quantities and also this Department will not issue any Permissions/ Permits to
your Company.

Hence, you are hereby directed to furnish the above information by 15.07.2023, in case, no reply
received within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of this notice, it will be construed that the
you have no reply to be offered and necessary action willbe taken as per Rules in force.
