    Dear Ms.

    Angie Suksomboon,

    On the behalf of Mr. Vincent Leung CEO and my company Harbor International Sugar Trade
    (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., we would like to extend our apologies for the delay in processing the BCL.
    As we speak the BCL is processing in our Hong Kong Bank and shall be able to issue the latest next
    week tuesday. We would like to declare that our firm is very much ready, willing and fully funded to
    completing this purchase of Icumsa 45 sugar from your company. It is my understanding that
    while we wait for the issuance of the BCL you would like to acquire our banking details and
    banker's info, unfortunately due the different time zones it is very late here but i shall obtain
    the info sometime tomorrow and as soon as I have it i shall send it over to you.

    Hope with this email we have cleared up some of the confusion we had earlier on this week.
    I wish you a good night and looking forward to completing this deal soon!
