We, the Tau Gamm Phi-Zamora Chapter are sending your good office this letter to humbly seek for your
permission if we can conduct a “ONE DAY BINGO BONANZA FOR A CAUSE.” All the proceeds of
this event will be use by our organization to extend our charitable works from our community up to where
our service is needed as a service fraternity.

The said event will be conducted within the vicinity of our barangay, Brgy. 842 Zone 92 basketball court.
