BLACK BEAN SOUP
Prep. Time: 20 mins.
Beans Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 35 mins.
Serves: 10 (cups)

Ingredients
¾ cup medium-diced yellow onion
1 cup medium-diced carrots
1 cup medium-diced celery
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
½ lb black beans (washed and rinsed)
1 cup medium-diced potatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
6 cups water
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
Steamed white rice for serving

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Beans pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 35 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

Serve over steamed white rice.

BASMATI RICE WITH CHICKEN
Prep. Time: 20 mins.
Chicken Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 20 mins.
Serves: 10-12

Ingredients
2 ½ cups basmati rice
1 cup medium-diced onion
1 cup medium-diced celery
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 can/14.5 oz diced tomato
1 tablespoon dried oregano
¼ cup oil
4 cups water or chicken stock
8 oz chicken breast diced
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Chicken pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 20 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

Fluff rice and serve.

Poached Salmon
Prep. Time: 15 mins.
Fish Vegetable Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 5 mins.
Serves: 3

Ingredients
½ cup medium-diced yellow onion
½ cup large-diced celery
½ cup large-diced carrots
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
¼ cup oil
2 cups water
½ cup white wine
1 lb salmon filet
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Fish Vegetable pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 5 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

BEEF POT ROAST
Prep. Time: 15 mins.
Slow Cook Mode
Time: 2 hours
Serves: 10–12

Ingredients
1 cup medium-diced onion
1 cup medium-diced celery
1 cup medium-diced carrots
1 cup purée tomato
3 cubes beef bouillon
3 cloves garlic
10 each black peppercorns
1 cup red wine
4 lb beef eye round

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Slow Cook mode and specify a cooking time of two hours.

HOME-STYLE MEATLOAF
Prep. Time: 20 mins.
Meat Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 20 mins.
Serves: 6

Ingredients
½ teaspoon dried oregano
4 oz fine-diced onion
2 oz fine-diced celery
1 oz bread crumbs
14 oz tomato sauce
1 can/14 oz diced tomato
1 cup water or beef stock
2 ea eggs (slightly beatened)
2 lb ground beef
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Add vegetables, meat, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.

Form the mixture into two 8-inch loaves and place within the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric
Pressure Cooker.

In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce, beef stock and diced tomato. Pour over the meat loaves and lock
the lid in place.

Select the Meat pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 20 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

CHICKEN STEW

Soup Stew Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 30 mins.
Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 cup medium-diced yellow onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
½ cup tomato sauce
1 cup medium-diced celery
1 cup medium-diced carrots
2 cups large-diced potatoes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup chicken stock
1 can/14 oz diced tomato
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb chicken breast (cut into 1 inch cubes)
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Soup Stew pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 30 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

TRICOLOR ROTINI PASTA

Manual Mode Time:
10 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 cup tomato sauce
1 ea red bell pepper (sliced)
1 ea green bell pepper (sliced)
2 cup chicken stock or water
1 box/12 oz rotini pasta
1
/3 cup olive oil
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions
Add all the ingredients (except the parmesan cheese) to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric
Pressure Cooker and lock the lid in place.

Select the Manual mode and specify a cooking time of 10 minutes.

After cooking time of approximately 10 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

Stir the pasta, and garnish with the parmesan cheese.

BEEF CHILI
Prep. Time: 20 mins.
Chili Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 30 mins.
Serves: 8

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 ½ cup medium-diced onion
1 cup medium-diced green bell pepper
2/3 cup medium-diced celery
2 each medium-diced tomato
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalepeno
2 cans/8 oz tomato sauce
½ tablespoon cumin
½ tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans (14.5 oz) red beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup water
Sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onion for garnish

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and break up the
ground beef to mix the spices and beans together.

Lock the lid in place.

Select the Chili pre-programed Quick Cook mode.

After cooking time of approximately 30 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the
Use and Care Instructions.

Garnish with sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onion.

BROWN RICE PILAF

Brown Rice Pre-Programed Quick Cook Mode
Time: 22-25 mins.
Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 cup small-diced carrot
1/3 cup small-diced celery
1/3 cup small-diced yellow onion
½ tablespoon minced basil
½ tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.

Select the Brown Rice mode.

After cooking time of approximately 22 - 25 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within
the Use and Care Instructions.

Fluff rice and serve.
