Ingredients
¾ cup medium-diced yellow onion
1 cup medium-diced carrots
1 cup medium-diced celery
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
½ lb black beans (washed and rinsed)
1 cup medium-diced potatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
6 cups water
½–2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
Steamed white rice for serving
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot of Tramontina’s 6.3 Qt Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid
in place.
After cooking time of approximately 35 minutes, depressurize the cooker following directions within the

Directions
Add vegetables, meat, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.

Directions

ground beef to mix the spices and beans together.
