 TREATMENT / HEALING

IN – PERSON TREATMENT / HEALING :

1. First remove any jewelry, including rings or watches. Wash your hands

thoroughly.

2. Seek a quiet place where you will be undisturbed. Take a sitting meditation

position.

3. Takes some deep breaths so that your belly expands with each breath.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Continue to do

the breath work until you feel completely relaxed. Rest your hands in your

lap with the palms facing upward. Or if it as a treatment for others, place

your palms in his/her shoulder.

4. Say its 3 times : “Black Vortex Reiki !”

5. Apply the Black Vortex Reiki as long as you feel guided.

6. When you feel that the energy is not running anymore or you somehow get

a feeling that you are done, you have DONE !

7. Add protection using Black Vortex Reiki.

8. Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes.

 BREATH GROUNDING TECHNIQUE

1. As you exhale, send your awareness deep into the Earth, right to the molten

core of the Mother.

2. In the moment where you pause between exhalation and inhalation, open

yourself to Her.

3. As you inhale, allow that Earth energy to flow in and up, filling you, and

continuing up through the top of your head high into the Sky, as energetic

branches.

4. In the pause, notice the Star light gathering on your "leaves."

5. As you exhale, allow the Star light to flow down through the top of your

head, filling you as it goes, and continuing on deep into the heart of the

Earth.

6. In the pause, be aware that you are a conduit for the two-way flow of

energy between the Earth and Sky.

7. As you inhale, allow the mingled energies of Earth and Sky to rise from the

core of the Mother, flow upward into your heart centre, filling it and warming

it. And you are grounded.

BLACK VORTEX MEDITATION

1. First close your eyes and relax your body imagine all the thoughts throughout

your day are being gathered inside your head.

2. Then imagine a black vortex forming and suck all those thoughts in with no

escape and then imagine the black vortex exploding leaving your mind in pure

darkness with no disturbence's.

This training method is the fastest and best working one you will find since

meditation takes around 30 minutes to a hour to work practice this and you will

learn this technique it is very useful for all kinesis.

Hi ...

My name Hari “NightsBreath” Andri. NightsBreath is

my cosmic name, getting when i’m doing meditation
to connect with the cosmic for a 2 weeks and in the
last day of my meditation, i’m getting a vision about
this name.

I'm OWNER of NewBorn – Soul Journey Integrated,

also founder of several energy systems for healing,
clearing, cleansing, protection and others. I'm a practitioner of several traditional
modalities like as Pranic Healing, Indonesian Inner Power ; Certified Hypnotheraphy,
Professional Member of Tarosophy, Member of Order Of Michael, etc.

I began my journey is not in the Reiki Healing Systems, but in the Traditional Mystic
