    Form I (17) is the supervisor Grade License template as per Karnataka

    Also include the tolerance limit (11 KV) of the licensor As per Karnataka (Licensing of NA

    mentioned in the guideline, wireman shall perform the wiring

    2 Need clarity on Refer EHS manual mentioned in Hanumantha SOP 51 has been checked and reviewed, In SOP section 5.0 NA
    section 5.2. in the SOP-051 .Need to share the Environmental health and safety -"Any work carried out in the LT panel
    document with Auditors should be as per instructions mention in EHSS Manual"
