Background
Describe the story behind this project, what causes this to happens or the situation that
leads to a design challenges

Problems
From the background, list out the potential problems that may affect your product, both
business side and user side. Specify very clearly the issues

Competitive study (good to have)

Do a desk research to give a broader idea about how other competitors are doing with
this situation. Do they have this problem? How did they solve it?

Assumptions (optional)
We call can make assumption about what causes the problems, and it’s good to do so
because we can verify later. Do a little analysis by using First Principle Thinking to make
a list of assumptions

Objective

 Be very crystal clear about what you want to achieve after solving the problems. It will
be better if you have some metrics.

Research
Apply some research methods to identify the real problems, verify whether the
assumption is correct. List out the insights here

Solution
Use all your skills: user flow, Customer Journey Map, UI, Wireframe….

Results and Learning

How the solution works, did it solve the problems? What you learnt in the end of the
project?
