I’m writing to apply for the post of Management Trainee, which was
advertised on the Student Affairs Office notice board of the Hongkong Polytechnis
University on 1 March 2022. My Working experience at Lucky Star Garment
Manufactory Limited improved my leadership skills, communication skills and ability
to work in a team environment. I have fluent spoken and written English. I also have
fluent spoken and written Mandarin, and can therefore work in mainland China.

Currently I am studying a. B.A in Management at the Hongkong Polythecnic

University, graduating in 2022. Subjects which I am studying that are relevant to the
post of Management Trainee include Operations Management, Humas Resourdes
Management, Accounting, Marketing and strategic Management. During my studies I
have had the post of Executive in management society. While leading and organizing
Management Society.

While leading and organizing Management Society activities I have improved

my ability to lead and supervise subordinates effectively, ability to work under
pressure and ability to work in a team inveronment. Working for Wong and Lim
consulting appeals to me because it has a good reputation aand it provides excellent
training. Your organization produces a high quality service, and I can contribute to
this with my leadiership skills and my ability to work under pressure. I’m available for

Dian : I’m grateful for the chance to
discuss what I can bring to this company.
Dian : I began my career in retail
management, but I’ve always been
drawn to marketing and by implementing
a couple of new marketing strategies in
my previous company, I was able to
increase revenue by 39%.
Dian : I sometimes find it hard to
delegate responsibility and sometimes it
feels like I have to do everything by my
self in order to come to the best result.
But I’m working on this by setting up
more meeting’s with the teams to make
sure that everyone is on track and to
make sure that I answer of the
question’s, and set the night mood for
everyone involved in project.
Dian : Thank you for asking this
question. I love what your company is
doing and I really like your previous
marketing campaign. But I think you’re
missing out on targeted ads on Facebook
and Instagram because I really see this is
where your audience. Anda a couple of
your competitors have tried technique,
and I see it’s working for them because
they’re doubling down on their budgets.
So I was really thinking, what if we try to
do the same but from a different angle
that is more consistent with your
branding strategy? Anyways, if you hire
me, I would love the test a couple of
ideas that I think will be able to help
icrease the revenue.
