Introduction
This document will guide you through the process of issuing digital verifiable HealthCerts via
Riverr’s Delta platform.

With our integration to selected Singaporean labs we offer you an integrated workflow that
will allow you to receive the lab results directly from the labs in your Delta account for easy
issuance of HealtCerts to your patients.

If you are using Plato Medical or SGiMED as your preferred Clinic Management System, we
are already integrated with them and you can easily issue the HealthCerts and
Pre-Departure Tests directly from your existing account to your patients. All you need to add
is your Delta Client ID. This Riverr can provide you, if you are interested in issuing directly
through your Clinic Management System.

Activate your account
An account activation email will be sent to your email from delta@riverr.ai. To set up your
account, simply click on the account activation link in the email sent.

You will be directed to set your password. Once your password is set, you will be redirected
to your login page. Do take note of this login page. Sign in with the email address used
and the password just set.

Dashboard overview
When you login to your account, you see a dashboard. This will give you a quick overview of
certificates issued.

In the lower right corner you will see a live chat support. If you have any questions or need
support, just click on the icon and write to us.

Invite user
For security reasons, each login can only be used on one device at a time. Should you wish
to create a login for another user, you may do so from your account settings.

Navigate to Settings in the left side menu. Click on the clinic name followed by “Invite user”
on the top right corner. Fill in the user's name, email, and select "Admin" → "Invite user".

Add Physician
Navigate to Entities → Physicians in the left side menu.

Here you can add the doctors / physicians that perform the PCR / ART tests. Click on the
“Add physician” button to add a new physician.

Input the doctor’s:

● Full name
● Email address
● MCR number (under License number)
● Signature

Then click “Save”.

Add a lab
Navigate to “Settings”.

Click on your clinic name, then click on the tab “Labs”.

Fill in the Zip code, City and Country before the address line for the map to load.

Click on “Add” to save the location.

Issue new Pre-Departure Test
When you want to issue a new PDT, you click on the “Documents” in the left side menu and
then “New document”.

Choose the “Singapore PDT” type from the list and start filling out the patient details.

Choose the doctor under “Performer”.

Add patient details. If you add the phone number of the patient, then the patient will also
receive a SMS with the QR code.

The clinic email is automatically cc’ed on all emails. If you need to send this is EXTRA email
recipients, add them in the section “Email”

Click on the “Issue” button to issue the PDT.

For travellers to China

Choose the “Chinese RT-PCR + IgM Antibody” type from the list and start filling out the
patient details.

Choose the doctor under “Performer”.

Add patient details.

You can choose different labs for the RT-PCR and N Protein results.

Click on issue to issue the PDT.

Add Patient details from a CSV file
Navigate to Entities → Patients in the left side menu.

Here you click on the button “Add patients” in the upper right corner.

The below box will then appear and you should first download the template. After
downloading the template you can add the patient details in the CSV file. You can add as
many as you like in the same file.

Once you are done adding patients in the CSV file, you save it (as a CSV format) and then
you upload the file in the below box under Entities → Patients in the left side menu.

The system will now import all the patients into Delta. So when you are ready to issue the
ART, you simply search for the name of the patient and click the correct person and the rest
will automatically be filled out based on what you uploaded in the CSV file.

Issue new ART
Navigate to Document → New document in the left side menu.

The document type “Antigen Rapid Swab Test” is preselected for your convenience. We also
support multiple types of ARTs. Click on the dropdown list and select the correct document
type.

Start filling out the patient details or search for the patient name if you already uploaded the
patient details via a CSV file.

If the patient does not have an email address, you may add the phone number of the patient
so that the patient will receive an SMS with the secured link.

Under “Test kit”, you can select the test kit that you have used for the ART. If you cannot find
the test kit you use on the list, please contact Kristina Lynge via email kristina@riverr.ai and
request it to be added.

Do note that the clinic email is automatically cc’ed on all emails. If you need to send this
email to additional recipients, you may add them in the section “Email”.

Click on the “Issue” button to issue the ART. The issued memo will automatically be sent to
the patient's email.

Please NOTE that ALL ARTs are automatically notarised with GovTech! This means
that the patients do not have to do anything when they receive the link via email.

Issue new ART from a Swabber’s result
The function of the Swabber role is to report the ART results only. This is the interface of the
Swabber’s account. You will see that the Swabber only has rights to report an ART result,
without the right to issue it.

To add the user as a Swabber:


Navigate to Settings in the left side menu. Select the clinic's name → "Invite user" (button
on the top right) → fill in the user's name, email, and select "Swabber" → "Invite user".

To retrieve and issue the ART result from the Admin Account:
Navigate to Documents → Lab Results in the left side menu.

Click on the memo you wish to issue.

If the content needs to be edited, you may do so on the page. Otherwise, scroll down and
click on the “Issue” button to issue the ART.

See all issued documents
Navigate to Document → Issued documents in the left side menu.

Click in the document name to see the memo.

Click on the patient name to see patient details.

PDT memo
This is how the ART memo looks like, once you have issued it.

You may also view the email events for the specific memo to see the email address sent to,
the date and time sent, and the email delivery status.

If you made a type or an error, you can click the “Revoke document” and issue a new memo.

All our HealthCerts have both the Offline QR code that is EU DCC-compatible and the
Singapore HealthCert.

Print memo
Click on “Print” to print a hardcopy or save as PDF. Follow the guide to the right for printer
settings.

The file needed for notarisation is the OA file. This is not meant to be open by the patient, as
it will not make sense to them, as this is just text lines.

You can get the file by clicking on the “arrow” next to the print button.

Email patient memo
The patient automatically receives an email with the notarised PCR / ART.

This is the email that the patient will receive.

They can download the PDT by clicking on the link.

Attached is the notarised QR code that they need to present for scanning at the travel
checkpoint.

Lab results
Click on “Documents” and then “Lab results” in the left side menu.

Data will automatically be added from the lab, when they send the lab result to your clinic's
Delta account.

Double click on the test result that you want to issue a PDT to.

Issue PDT from Lab Result
Select the “document template” PDT.

Fill in the patient’s email and the passport number and any other missing information.

Choose to attach the lab results to the email.


Check all details are correct and click on the “Issue” button.
You can see the issued PDT under the tab “Issued documents”.

For travellers to China - the combined memo
You can merge results in Delta for the combined memo, but only for the same person.

This means that you can combine the PCR test result and the serology test result in 1
combined memo. It means you no longer have to manually add the serology test result to the
combined memo, as data can be merged from the lab result. You simply tick off the 2 results
that need to be merged and click on the “Merge results” button in the top.

Please note that you are allowed to combine any existing PCR result with an existing
IGG+IGM as long as they belong to the same person.

After issuing, this is how the memo looks like. Please note that if the patient’s status is
“Positive”, it will be bolded and enlarged. This format is required for travel to China based on
the latest requirements from the Chinese Embassy.

Revoke memo
If you find out that there is an error in the memo you have issued to a patient, you go to
“Issued documents” and find the memo you want to revoke. Once you click on the memo,
you can see a button above the memo that says “Revoke document”. You click on “Revoke
document” and the memo is no longer valid.

Reissue memo from Lab Result
If you made an error and have to issue the memo again after you have revoked the memo.
Once revoked you will see a new button on top of the memo “Issue lab result”. Click this and
all fields will be prefilled. Simply select the field you want to amend and click the issue
button.
