    Dear Sir/Madam:

    Greetings!

    We are happy to report that Sangguniang Kabataan Basketball team is truly alive and is united in
    engaging recreational activities as one way of saving the youth from any illegal activities like
    drugs and criminalities.

    In line with this, the team is set to represent the Sangguniang Kabataan in the currently occurring
    Basketball Tournament for Inter-Purok category here in our barangay Busel-busel.

    However, we are concerned that our finances may not be enough to defray the expenses of our
    event and also especially on the cost of player’s needs like sports material and equipment.

    In light of the aforementioned event, we humbly appeal to your kind heart with the hope that you
    may help us with your voluntary donation/sponsorship for the needs of the team.

    We firmly believe that your kind heart will not fail our prayer. Rest assured that your support
    would play a big impact in the life of our players.
