The Job Brief:


We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Sales Manager to manage a range of administrative and
clerical duties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and
through email, and be able to ensure that all sales manager responsibilities are executed accurately and
delivered with the highest quality and in a timely manner.

As a Sales Manager, you will be purchasing art objects from individuals and selling them to our clients in
Australia. Your salary will be a fixed amount, with an added bonus for each transaction. You will be
representing and acting on behalf of our company and will be working remotely, allowing you to work from any
state in Australia.
 Working hours: 20-25 hours per week
 Compensation: 4800 AUD per month/ 59,000 AUD per year
 Type: Part time
 Bonus: [200 AUD] for the each processed task in
 Probation period: Four weekstime

What does a Sales Manager do?

Sales Manager responsibilities include organizing administrative support, creating reports, processing invoices
and orders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the
ability to organize their work using tools such as MS Excel, a PDF reader, and online messaging platforms. In
the end, a successful Sales Manager should ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company and
maintain open communication.

Qualification:
 Strong organization skills

Education and experience:

 High school diploma


 Executive administration experience preferred
 Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
 Comfortable presenting to large groups

3) Q: How will I receive my salary and when?

throughout the probationary period.

A: When an employee is working for a foreign company during their probationary period, they may
