    TITLE: Hygienic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser with Arduino Uno Automation

    OBJECTIVES:

    1. To create a hands-free mechanism that dispenses hand sanitizer when a user positions
    their hand beneath the dispenser, promoting cleanliness and minimizing the potential for
    cross-contamination.
    2. Users do not need to touch or pump the bottle to sanitize their hands, this will reduce the
    risk of getting germs after washing or sanitizing their hands.
    3. To enable hand sanitizers for public use. The dispenser will be located in a place
    accessible to anyone.
    4. To develop automatic hand sanitizer that is durable, easy to use and highly convenient for
    a wide range of users.
    5. To design a user-friendly automatic hand sanitizer dispenser that minimizes physical
    contact ensuring a hygienic hand sanitizing experience.
    6. To design a compact and aesthetically pleasing hand sanitizer dispenser that seamlessly
    integrates into various public environments.
