MAINTENANCE AND OPEATIONAL PROCEDURES MODEL 208/208B

Some (O) Operational Procedures provide are generic in nature. Operators may revise these
generic (O) procedures to be applicable to the type of operations their aircraft will be used for.

The numbering format used is based on the FAA JASC system. Operator may amend the
numbering format to be appropriate to their organizations numbering format.

For all provisos: unless the proviso requires a system to be verified, it is assumed that all other
systems are operative, and no action is required to test these systems.

Wherever a dash (-) is listed in column 2. Number installed or column 3. Number required for
dispatch, it is the responsibility of the operator to replace the dash (-) with the actual number of
each item, if any, installed on the aircraft in question.

All inoperative items must be placarded in accordance with the applicable operating regulations.

1. PLACARD(S) MUST BE PLACED ABOVE, ADJACENT TO OR ON THE

AFFECTED/INOPERATIVE ANNUNCIATOR, CIRCUIT BREAKER, CONTROL,
COMPONENT, GAUGE, INDICATOR, KNOB, LIGHT OR SWITCH. FOR MISSING
EQUIPMENT, A PLACARD MUST BE PLACED SO THAT ALL PERSONNEL ARE
AWARE OF THE MISSING EQUIPMENT.
2. IF THE INOPERATIVE EQUIPMENT IS NOT WITHIN VIEW OF THE FLIGHT CREW,
AN ADDITIONAL PLACARD MUST BE INSTALLED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL IN
VIEW OF THE PILOT(S) INDICATING THE INOPERATIVE ITEM AND/OR
LIMITATION(S).

Only those STCs owned or support by Textron Aviation will have a procedure provided in
this document. It is the responsibility of the STC holder and/or the operator to develop
any necessary (M) and/or (O) procedure for that product.
