Unveiling News:
6th Graders Engaged in Crafting Technology-Infused Article

On the 21st of September, the lesson was conducted by Miss Tahreem Iftekhar with an introduction to the
significance of news articles and their relevance in real-life contexts. Students were directed to explore
newspapers, selecting articles that piqued their interest and discussing the importance of the news with their
peers.
To enhance the learning experience, students were guided in using technology to
delve deeper into the topics of their chosen news articles. They utilized digital
platforms for research, gathering additional information, and different perspectives
on the stories they had selected.

By analyzing the news articles from newspapers, students were able to relate
classroom learning to real-life events. This exercise not only broadened their
understanding of language and news reporting but also stimulated critical thinking
by connecting theoretical concepts to tangible events.

With the gathered information, students were tasked with creating their own news
articles. They structured their articles with guidance, focusing on key journalistic
elements such as headline, lead, body, and conclusion, which they had learned
