A. Aplikasi dan Spesifikasi Komputer:
1.1 Spesifikasi komputer yang diperlukan untuk peperiksaan ini:
1.1.1 Sistem pengoperasian (OS): Windows 7 atau yang setara atau yang
lebih tinggi
1.1.2 Perisian Pelayar (Browser): Chrome atau Firefox versi 83, Safari V14
atau yang setara atau yang lebih tinggi.
1.1.3 Resolusi minimum paparan: 1080 x 720
1.1.4 Kelajuan internet: Sekurang-kurangnya 10 mbps
1.1.5 Kapasiti data minimum : 10 GB
1.1.6 Sebarang jenis peranti selain daripada komputer meja atau komputer
riba tidak boleh digunakan.
1.2 Pengawasan peperiksaan ini menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Calon akan
dibekalkan dengan pautan berserta kata laluan untuk menggunakan aplikasi
ini melalui slip pendaftaran peperiksaan (MedEx/D). Calon boleh
mendapatkan maklumat/pendedahan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Zoom
melalui video tutorial di https://www.mpm.edu.my/medex/zoom-apps-handbook-
medex-candidate-version
1.3 PERINGATAN: CALON YANG GAGAL/TIDAK MENGAKTIFKAN BUTANG
KAMERA PADA APLIKASI ZOOM SEMASA MENDUDUKI PEPERIKSAAN
MedEx AKAN MENYEBABKAN KEPUTUSAN PEPERIKSAAN CALON
DIBATALKAN.
1.4 Slip MedEx/D boleh disemak mulai 3 Mei 2023 bagi MedEx 1 2023, 8 Ogos
2023 bagi MedEx 2 2023, dan 5 Oktober 2023 bagi MedEx 3 2023.
1.5 Komputer yang digunakan mesti mempunyai kemudahan kamera dan mikrofon.
Penggunaan alat pendengaran (headphone/earphone) digalakkan.
1.6 Kedua-dua aplikasi Zoom dan sistem peperiksaan MedEx mesti menggunakan
komputer yang sama secara serentak semasa peperiksaan.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

PART. CONTENT
A. Computer Applications and Specifications:
1.1 Computer specifications required for the exam is as follows:
1.1.1 Operating System (OS): Windows 7 or higher
1.1.2 Web Browser: Chrome or Firefox version 83, Safari V14 or higher
1.1.3 Display Resolution: 1080 x 720
1.1.4 Network Speed: At least 10 mbps
1.1.5 Minimum data capasity: 10 GB
1.1.6 Any electronic devices aside from a desktop or laptop are not
allowed.
1.2 The examination is proctored using the Zoom application. Candidates will
be provided with a link and password to use this application via their
registration slip (MedEx/D). For more information on the use of the Zoom
application, candidates may refer to the tutorial video at:

1.3 REMINDER: THE RESULTS WILL BE BARRED IF CANDIDATES FAIL/DO
NOT ACTIVATE THE CAMERA BUTTON ON THE ZOOM APPLICATION
WHEN SITTING FOR THE EXAMINATION.
1.4 The MedEx/D can be verified starting from 3 May 2023 for MedEx 1 2023,
8 August 2023 for MedEx 2 2023, and 5 October 2023 for MedEx 3 2023.
1.5 The computer used must be equipped with a camera and microphone. The
use of listening devices (headphone/earphone) are recommended.
1.6 Both applications, Zoom and the MedEx examination system must be
operated on the same computer simultaneously during the examination.
