SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANA MARIA ROTOR PERALTA, legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at
82 Consul Street Fairview Subdivision Quezon City , I will do hereby name, constitute and
appoint, ANA RUTH ROTOR HERNANDEZ URI, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal
address at, #8 Balagtas Street Chrysanthemum, San Pedro Laguna, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact for me, place and stead, to do my all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To process, follow up, and receive document/s related to Original Certificate of

Title No. RP – 3678 (16590) and Tax Declaration No. 216-25-008-00001
located at BRGY. PATONG, PAMPLONA CAMARINES SUR and Original
Certificate of Title No. T-10262 and Tax Declaration No. 2016-01-011-0002
located at YABO PALESTINA PILI, CAMARINES SUR to ALL GOVERNMENT
OFFICES;

2. To sign, pay and execute any and all papers with all and any third persons,
concerns and entities in connection with the above-given powers.

3. To perform any and all acts and deeds as well as to execute, sign, follow-up,
receive, enter into and conclude, any and all documents, papers, and to comply
any all-Government requirements for the processing of documents related to the
above-mentioned properties.

4. To assign ANA RUTH ROTOR HERNANDEZ URI as Administrator of both above-

mentioned properties.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform each and every act which may be and necessary or convenient, in
connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, if
personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
