Lesson 4 (Business Resources and Ideas for an Entrepreneur) Set of Questions:
1. How did you come up with the idea of starting your business/es? (your current business)? Are
there external factors that helped or guided you?
2. Before officially opening your business/es, did you conduct an assessment of the probable
challenges you would face? How did you plan on facing them?
3. After assessing your business plan, what are your initial steps to build and operate your
business/es?
4. What are the resources you used to start your business? (Examples of resources can be human
resources such as employees, financial resources such as cash, physical resources like materials.
etc.)
5. How did you effectively allocate your resources to ensure the growth of your business and
operation in the long run?
6. Is your business really aligned with your passion or it is just for the sustainment of living?

before putting it into action?
3. How do you prioritize and choose which business ideas to pursue? Can you provide examples
of when your decisiveness was crucial in the execution of an idea?
4. If you are going to put your idea/s into action, what do you think is the most important step in
establishing your own business to ensure that your business won't fail?
5. How do you address capital challenges when implementing a business to avoid being
influenced by this type of struggle?
6. What personal characteristics or strengths do you believe are most important to your success
as an entrepreneur?
