Project Summary
Implementing menu tablets at tables and digitizing the ordering process will speed up
service and other processes
it will give us clear data points to track metrics so that we can help ensure the
restaurant’s success. It will also help us keep up with the growing digital presence in
the restaurant industry
Project Goals
● decrease our average table turn time by about 30 minutes by surve food faste
by decreasing wait time by Q2r
● start the pilot at the beginning of quarter two
● increasing our average daily guest counts by 10% by reducing table turn time .
● with the North location targeted for a 10% increase and the Downtown location
targeted for a 20% increase from mix products by Q2
● Cut food waste by 25% ny Q2
● increased average check value from 65 to 75 by selling more apptizers by Q2
