100gm Rye flour rub all with cubes cold butter


80 grm plain
20gm potato flour Raspberry +honey + lemon
baking powder 1/4 tspoon make in buttons fill with raspberry jams
120gm cold butter
4 spon broen sugar Bakes for 10 -15 mins at 180 celcius
pinch cinnamon

Butter
vege/chicken stock
simmer 45 mins

Grated mozza rela/cheddar cheese
Baked in oven / frier until brown
