Reasons of washer peristaltic soaked abnormally:


1.Broken tubes
2.Crystals inside the black cylinder
3.Tightness in this area needs to be adjusted
4.The signal cables of washer needles are loose
5.The waste needle is blocked.

 Clean the crystals inside the waste needle and waste tube with syringer and
clorox

 Check the connection of waste pump sensor

Fig Make sure the starter tubes are 1-2 mm out of the starter
injector and stable during the movement of chamber lift. In
case of adjustment needed, adjust the screws marked 1 or/and 2

Make sure every single cuvette hole is in the middle of the two
metal plates. If not, adjust the parameter in service software.

• Check the tightness of PMT signal cable(Both PMT


side and back panel side)

• Check if the signal cable gets too close to the


power cable of washer/chamber/pipetor. Or it may
affect the result.

Loose this screw to adjust the starter pump volumn

Take out the black cap and put some hot water(about 40℃) for
washing

Clean the crystal in the rubber ring

Reconnect all the cables to do with the pipeting arm including adaptor signal
cable, flat cable of Y axis and X axis, make sure all the cables are not loose.

Needle washing

Clean the needle inside with syringer and medicinal alcohol

Needle tip should be soaked with medicinal alcohol for 15 min

Solutions to inject error:


1. Reconnect the relative cable
2.Clean the inject pump motor and add lube or WD40.

Clean the T-joint waste tubing in this area and the waste pump tubing.

Solutions to loader movement error:


1.reconnect the relative cables
2.clean the sensor and sensor holes of the loader
3.change the guide pulley
