Digital Twins A design assignment

An app that helps you craft

your Digital Twin!

I designed it in a timeframe of 2-days

Yes, just one friendly

welcome screen!

This app is designed for a specific task, so I kept

things simple by creating a single straight-

forward welcome screen with option for an intro

video to run in the background.

Why isn't there an option

to skip the sign-up?

Because requiring users to sign up ensures that the

app gets explicit permission and authorization to

collect, store, and process their sensitive data.

A separate screen to

accept terms and

conditions

Also, explicity reassuring them that their data

won't be compromised. While it might seem like

an extra step, it's crucial for transparency.

The Home screen

I’ve kept it simple with only two navigation buttons

and a clear call to action.

STEP 1

Adding your photo

Added a progress bar above the steps! Humans

naturally crave achievement—it feels great to see

progress and success.

potential misuse.

Having an integrated feature for photo selection

and capture eliminates the need for users to

switch between different apps or galleries

STEP 2

Giving users topics to

speak about when

recording

Users may feel more at ease when they are given

specific prompts, as it eliminates the need to

generate ideas from scratch.

There is also choice to use a script while

recording, which can speed up the process for

users.

Users can playback, trim, and delete recordings,

refining content iteratively until satisfied.

After recording, users can review the noise-

cancelled version of their recordings.

STEP 3

Ah finally, the last step

This step recaps user’s choices and lets them

change the background, using cognitive cues to

boost confidence and reduce uncertainty.

The emotion slider displays both emojis and text

as some might find emojis more intuitive, while

others may prefer clear text descriptions.
