ADVANCED MAGNETIC TECHNOLOGY

State-of-the-art magnetic technology provides a safe and reliable pump for difficult applications. A magnetic coupling consists of two
magnet assemblies. Ones is the outer assembly (the drive magnet) and other is the inner assembly (the driven magnet). The outer
assembly is connected to a motor and the inner assembly is directly attached to a pump impeller. When load is applied, the coupling
effects angularly and magnets create a force which is used to transfer torque from the motor to the impeller. This permanent magnet
coupling creates neither slippage nor induction current during rotation. There is no energy loss in the permanent - permanent magnet
coupling. ‘Precision’ pumps have an inner magnet assembly which is directly molded in to the impeller.

Precision Engineering Company offers magnetic drive chemical pumps which safety handle hazardous, highly corrosive, explosive and
toxic chemicals. They provide safe, leak-proof service because the magnetic coupling eliminates the need for traditional sealing methods,
such as mechanical seals or gland packings which is the main source of leakage problems on pumps. As a result, down time and
maintenance cost are greatly reduced and there are no warn seals to replace.

S.S. SERIES PRECISION SEALLESS

Explosion-proof type centrifugal pump in stainless steel, is now introduced in response to the process industry's growing concern for the
environment, the safety of plant personnel, and the high ongoing cost of mechanical seal maintenance. It is an ideal pump for use in
installations handling toxic, noxious, inflammable or corrosive liquids such as NOx or Freon gas where leakage to atmosphere cannot be
tolerated. This sealless process pump is also applicable to slurry or the liquid of temperature up to 2000C. SS Pumps are also available in
S.S. 304, S.S. 316, S.S. 316 – L, Alloy-20, Hastelloy- B, C, Monel, and Titanium.

Sealless

Pumpage is hermetically sealed in a thick, rugged stainless steel pump casing. Magnetically driven, sealless pump construction assures you
of leak freeness. The pump never spoils surroundings, but maintains safe and clean environment.

Drastically Saves Maintenance Costs.

Silicon Carbide wet bearings, the core of pump, extensively reduce wear and corrosion, and provide extremely long life. (interchangeable
front and rear) It allows customers to hold a minimum number of parts, and spares them many a maintenance work for a long period of
time. Thanks to its Back Pull-out design and slip-fit construction, Precision's Pumps are easy to disassemble and reassemble on-site
without special tools or skills required. Easy of maintenance extensively curtails the relative costs and resolves the shortage problem of
plant manpower.

EXTREMELY SAFE PUMP DESIGN

The pump is explosion-Proof design. Silicon Carbide bearings, the only frictional parts in wet end, eliminate the possibility of jamming by
rotational contact. Pump and motor are separately positioned so that leak of pumpage, if any, never affects electrical equipment.
Optional high-pressure secondary containment is available to eliminate pumpage leak through corroded rear casing. Pump and rear
casing are completely drainable through a casing drain plug.

These Pumps are provided with injection molded wetted parts as well as Super alloys& industrial graded Casting & fabrication and have a
robust construction. The materials used are (SS- 304/304L, SS - 316/316L, SS - 904/904L, MONEL/TITANIUM, Alloy - 20, Aluminum, C.S,
M.S. Hastalloy B/C, Rubber Lining, PP, PTFE, PVDF) etc. the material of construction is specially selected depending on the specific
application. This ensures of highest corrosion resistance and stability. The shaft sleeve & Mechanical Shaft Seals are selected to suit the
service condition, for Pumps handling fluids containing suspended particles slurry etc. and for effluent services especially seal with suitable
faces are available with proper environment control arrangements. PEC series pumps along with the above functions are ideal for heavy
duty application. These pumps have a back Pull out Design Construction for easy Maintenance without disturbing the Piping & have a
special Feature of Oil Bathing Body System for a Continuous & Long Fife Running Pumps.

PTFE: bellows provide universal chemical resistance for wide services & non-wetted metal parts eliminate the need for expensive
metallurgies. TB/TBR seal is inherently hydraulically balanced to ensure proper face loading. Installs easily on outside of stuffing box;
eliminates the use of elastomers.

Gland Packing
Gland packing pumps come with pure PTFE or PTFE Impregnated Blue Asbestos against specific customer requirements. *standard pump
fitted with GFT/CER Teflon Bellow Mechanical seal Shaft Sleeve. Shaft Sleeve of different material depending on the compatibility of the
liquid to be handled.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

There installs each diaphragm in both aligned working cavities (A) & (B), which can
be connected together with a central coupling lever. The compression air enters
the air distribution valve from the air entrance of the pump, draw the compression
air into one cavity through the air distribution mechanism, push out the diaphragm
movement in the cavity. The gas in another cavity will be drained. Once reaching
the stroke terminal, the air distribution mechanism will automatically draw the
compression air into another working cavity, push out the diaphragm to move
towards the opposite direction, so as to let the both diaphragms continuously
reciprocate motion in synchronism.

The compression air enters the air distribution valve from (E) shown as the diagram,
let the diaphragm piece move towards the right direction. And the suction force in
(A) chamber lets the medium flow into from (C) entrance, push out the ball valve
(2) to enter (A) chamber, the ball valve (4) will be locked due to the suction force;
The medium in (B) chamber will be pressed, push out the ball valve (3) to flow out
from the exit (D). Meanwhile, let the ball valve (1) close, prevent backflow. Such
movement in circles will let the medium uninterruptedly suck from (C) entrance
and drain from (D) exit.

MAIN USAGE
• The pump can suck the peanut, pickles, tomato slurry, red sausage, chocolate, hops and syrup etc.
• The pump can suck the paint, pigment, glue and adhesive etc.
• The pump can suck various glazed slurries of tile, porcelain, brick and chinaware etc.
• The pump can suck various grinding materials, corrosive agent and clean the oil dirt etc.
• The pump can suck various toxin and flammable or volatility liquid etc.
• The pump can suck various wedge water, cement slurry and mortar etc.
• The pump can suck various strong acid, alkali and corrosive liquid etc.
• It can be used as a front-step transmission device of the solid and liquid separation equipment.
