Regarding the subject matter, team of ACB conducted spot inspection on 17-
11-2018. After obtaining relevant documents and conducting of spot inspection
following report is submitted.
1. Building permission stands granted vide B.P. order No.202 of 2011
Dated:-07-06-2011 in favour of Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Sideaqi S/o Gh.
Mohamad & Mst. Najama Ajaz W/o Ajaz Ahmad Sideaqi R/o K-P Bagh
S/A Raj Bagh Srinagar. For construction of two storeyed residential house
with attic and compound walling after dismantling the existing structure
on the plot of land comprising survey no:-1802/110.
2. The comparison of the parameters permitted and actually executed at site
are as under:

Site plan is enclosed as ANNEXURE –A.

From the site visit it is apparent that the house has been reconstructed with FSI
violation reducing the minimum fire gap on each side in addition constructing a
column framed garage.

Hence submitted for further necessary action.
