How to Conceal User and Job Names on AltaLink C8070 Family

Requirement: Customer would like to delete the information in the Completed Print Jobs list for privacy or
security reasons. The machine is working as designed and cannot be deleted, but there are a few options to
hide this information.

The Administrator has two options to hide either the User Name, or Job Name, and can apply one, or both,
depending on their requirements:

Option 1: Select "Hide" Completed Jobs in Security - Certificates - Personalized Information

Option 2: Select "Conceal All Job Names" in Security - Password Policies - Secure Print
The following are the results of selecting the different options as tested on a C8070 with v103.003.021.22300

Default Setting: No options selected, both User Name and Job Name are displayed

Option 1: Selecting "Hide" Completed Jobs, User Name is replaced by ***

Option 2: Selecting "Conceal All Job Names", Job Name is replaced by ***

Option 3: Selecting BOTH Options 2 and 3, both the User Name and the Job Name are replaced by ***
